Returns Policy

General Warranty

Warranty on goods applicable as per manufacturer warranty conditions. If faulty goods are returned within warranty period then we will send the goods to the manufacturer for assessment. The manufacturer will then determine whether warranty claim is valid or not. Warranty claims are not valid for the following scenarios:

• Goods are damaged by accident, misused or abused
• Goods used for a purpose other than the intended purpose for which they were manufactured

Damaged Goods

Goods delivered to you in a damaged condition may be returned on the following conditions:

1. The damage must be reported to us with proof on the day on which the goods were delivered
2. Goods to be returned within 14 days of delivery
3. Goods must be returned in original packaging
4. Goods must be in an un-used condition
